CANCELLATION POLICY
The following policies apply to all PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC customers:
- All services are charged to customer credit card or billed to a corporate account.
- Hourly services are rounded to the next 15-minute interval.
- All published rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- An houly waiting time fee of $55.00/hour may be added to some services if applicable.
- Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance. For last minute Reservations PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC.
will provide services based upon availibility.
- For the Airport Shuttle changes and cancellations require a 24 hours advance notice on line or by phone and
can be made by calling PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC at (480) 857-8260 or Toll free at 1(866) PHX-VANS (749-8267).
You can send us an E-mail at reservations@phxvans.com. Some contracted services may require a longer advance notice.
- Full fare, including a 20% driver gratuity when applicable, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours
before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival time.
- Requests for service may be denied under certain circumstances if deemed unreasonabledue or unsafe.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC accepts major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Each reservation will have an individual confirmation number.
If you wish to cancel your reservations, it will require an individual cancellation number.
- When applicable a 20% driver gratuity will be included in your fee when you make your reservation.
Other fees may apply, such as additional services not previously ordered prior to making your reservations.

- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC monitors all commercial airline arrivals through their websites in order to provide
its customers the most accurate and updated flight information possible.
PHOENIX VAN SERVICES operates according to Commercial Airlines Schedules.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed on pick-ups other than at the airport.
After the grace period has passed, waiting time will be added to your fee at the rate of $45.00/hr, retroactive to
the original pick up time.
- Additional charges apply for extra stops or additional services.
- Full fare (including a 20% gratuity) will be billed if the passenger(s) fails to be at the designated driver meeting area.
If you cannot locate your driver please call PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC at (480) 857-8260 or Toll free at
1(866) 749-8267. To avoid being billed as a no-show, we advise you not to leave your location without
first contacting PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES will not operate on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 5 pm and Christmas Day.
All Flat Rates are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather conditions
or other circumstances beyond its control. Our Company will not be responsible for lost personal items.
To report a lost item please contact PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC. Customer Service immediately so we can check
our vehicles as soon as possible. For Airport passengers contact the Lost & Found department at SKY HARBOR
