1. If you live in the Valley and know your ZIP CODE and MAJOR CROSS-STREETS you can go directly to our FLAT RATES page and figure out your Flat Rate. If you are not familiar with the Phoenix Metropolitan area or do not know your ZIP CODE give us a call and one of our Reservations Specialists will be glad to assist you in determining your Flat Rate and booking your Reservations. 2. Call PHOENIX VAN SERVICES at (480) 857-8260 or Toll free at 1(866) 749-8267 to confirm your Flat Rate and book your Reservations. 3. In order to book your Reservations we will need the following information: your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, PICK-UP or DESTINATION ADDRESS, the NUMBER of PASSENGERS, your MAJOR CROSS-STREETS, whether the location is a HOTEL/RESORT, RESIDENCE, BUSINESS or other. We also need the NAME of the AIRLINES and the FLIGHT NUMBER, TIME of DEPARTURE or ARRIVAL (for ARRIVALS we also need the NAME of the CITY the Flight is originating from). If your travel plans include a ROUND-TRIP for the SHUTTLE SERVICE please let your Reservations Agent know and they will book your Reservations as a ROUND-TRIP. Practical, reliable and economical... It is that easy to use our SHUTTLE SERVICE. Arizona Law requires Children 5 (five) years old and under be restrained in a Car-Seat 4. In order to guarantee your Reservations we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Once your Booking is complete your Reservations Agent will provide you with a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. The following policies apply to all PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC customers:
- All services are charged to customer credit card or billed to a corporate account.
- Hourly services are rounded to the next 15-minute interval.
- All published rates are subject to change without prior notice. All published Flat Rates are approximate. Only Flat Rates confirmed by a Reservations Agent will be honored.
- An houly waiting time fee of $55.00/ hour may be added to some services, if applicable. This Hourly Waiting Time may vary depending on the size of the vehicle and the number of passengers.
- Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance or sooner. For last minute Reservations PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC. will provide services based upon availibility.
- Changes and cancellations require a 24 hours advance notice on line or by phone and can be made by calling PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC at (480) 857-8260 or Toll free at 1(866) PHX-VANS (749-8267). You can send us an E-mail at reservations@phxvans.com. Some contracted services may require a longer advance notice. Please check with your Reservations Specialist to confirm.
- Full fare, including a 20% driver gratuity when applicable, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival time.
- Requests for service may be denied under certain circumstances if deemed unreasonable or unsafe.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC accepts major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Each reservation will have an individual confirmation number. If you wish to cancel your reservations, it will require an individual cancellation number.
- When applicable a 20% driver gratuity will be included in your fee when you make your reservation. Other fees may apply, such as additional services not previously ordered prior to making your reservations. Inquire with PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC customer service for more information.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC monitors all commercial airline arrivals through their websites in order to provide its customers the most accurate and updated flight information possible. PHOENIX VAN SERVICES operates according to Commercial Airlines Schedules.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed on pick-ups other than at the airport. After the grace period has passed, waiting time will be added to your fee at the rate of $45.00/hr, retroactive to the original pick up time.
- Additional charges apply for extra stops or additional services.
- Full fare (including a 20% gratuity) will be billed if the passenger(s) fails to be at the designated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver please call PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC at (480) 857-8260 or Toll free at 1(866) 749-8267. To avoid being billed as a no-show, we advise you not to leave your location without first contacting PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES will not operate on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 5 pm and Christmas Day.
All Flat Rates are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control. Our Company will not be responsible for lost personal items. To report a lost item please contact PHOENIX VAN SERVICES, LLC. Customer Service immediately so we can check our vehicles as soon as possible. For Airport passengers contact the Lost & Found department at SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT at (602) 273-3300.
- For security reasons all passengers must leave our vehicles at the end of the trip with their luggage in their possession at the time they exit our vehicles. This Policy is strictly enforced and there will be no exceptions! No passenger belongings shall be stored in our vehicles for any reason or at any time. If you need assistance with your luggage after exiting our vehicle or if you require wheelchair assistance please ask your driver to contact a Sky Cap or an Airline attendant for more professional Airport Services.
- Phoenix Van Services strongly recommends that you book your Reservations according to the recommendations made by Sky Harbor International Airport regarding check in procedures: 2 hours at the Airport for domestic flights and 3 hours at the Airport for international flights prior to your departure time. You must also allow plenty of time for travel between your pick up point and the Airport while taking into consideration possible traffic delays caused by rush hour traffic and other such incidents. Phoenix Van Services shall not be responsible for any consequential damages as a result of poor schedule planning and/or traffic delays of any kind. Once again we recommend you leave for the Airport while allowing as much time as you can afford to avoid missing your flight.
