When should I check-in at the Airport?

You should always allow as much time as possible to avoid any surprises. As a rule of thumb, you should be at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight departure for domestic flights, and at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure for international flights. Again, it is always a good idea to be at the Airport as early as you can afford... Phoenix Van Services will not be responsible for any delays checking in at the Airport.

What if my Flight is delayed?

Delayed flights can be common at times and happen for different reasons. What you should do if you find out your flight arriving at Sky Harbor International Airport will be delayed and you have made reservations with Phoenix Van Services, is call our Dispatch  Office at (480) 498-3338 or Toll free at 1(844) 246-8961 as soon as you learn of the delay. You should also ask your Airline what the new estimated arrival time will be. Our Dispatch Office will check and confirm the update by monitoring the website of the Airline, in an effort to provide a smooth pick-up at the Airport. This is not an exact science since the updates are not always accurate. Phoenix Van Services will not be responsible for any delays caused by Airline schedules.

Where do I meet my Shuttle at the Airport?

Call our Dispatch Office after you land and before you pick-up your luggage. We will then contact your driver and provide you with exact instructions on how to meet your driver, depending on the Terminal you are using. In case the Terminal is crowded the Dispatcher may decide to give you your Driver's phone number allowing you to communicate directly with your Driver. Practical, fast and convenient!
